Frankie Bridge is a versatile entertainer who has seamlessly transitioned from being a chart-topping pop sensation to becoming a beloved figure within television, podcasting and fashion. She is also a powerful advocate for mental health and positive body image.
She joined the ITV1 Daytime team as a Loose Women panellist in 2020. Frankie participated in the popular reality show ‘I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here’ and secured a respectable third-place finish. Frankie’s experience on the show captured the hearts of viewers, who witnessed her navigate terrifying challenges with grace, resilience, and a lot of humour. She also was a popular favourite on Strictly Come Dancing in 2014 narrowly missing out on the glitterball trophy!
Beyond her television work, Frankie has enjoyed success with her Sunday Times Best Seller book ‘OPEN: Why Asking for Help Can Save Your Life’ and the follow up, ‘GROW: Motherhood, Mental Health and Me.’ She bravely shared her personal struggles with mental health, aiming to break down barriers and encourage open conversations.
Frankie continues to write for HELLO Magazine in a monthly digital column where she talks about wellbeing, fashion and trends.
Frankie’s journey into podcasting began as an extension of her passion for open conversation and connecting with people. She launched OPEN MIND in 2019 and over 4 seasons, spoke to a brilliant mix of people from the world of music, television, film, and sport. She co-hosts ‘First Dates: The Podcast’ where each episode, Frankie meets people with outrageous, heart-warming, hilarious and inspiring dating stories.
She’s always had an entrepreneurial spirit and has achieved remarkable success and a devoted following on Instagram. Frankie launched #FrankiesFaves as weekly Sunday night curated edit of her best picks of the high street. She founded her own label FW Bridge in Summer 2022 and it’s gone from strength to strength.
